Low COVID-19 and cholera vaccine uptake among healthcare workers in Yaounde, Cameroon
Healthcare workers in Cameroon are at increased risk of infectious diseases and play a key role in public vaccine acceptance. This study reveals suboptimal COVID-19 and cholera vaccine coverage among healthcare workers in Yaounde, with notable variation by district and profession. Identifying determinants such as professional role and work setting can inform targeted immunization strategies to improve epidemic preparedness and control efforts in the region.
